Questions, answered.
Most first-time clients have the same handful of questions before hiring a freelance designer — how long will it take, what will it cost, what do you actually get at the end. Below are straight answers based on how projects with Graphics Adi actually run, from a single social media post to a full brand identity. If your question isn't covered, reach out directly and it will be answered the same day.
How a typical project runs
Every project starts with a short discovery conversation — over call, WhatsApp or email, whichever is easier — to understand the goal, audience and any existing brand material. From there a scope and timeline is confirmed before any design work begins, so there are no surprises on cost or delivery date.
For single deliverables (a thumbnail, a social post, a poster), the first draft is usually ready within 24–48 hours. For brand identity and website projects, work is broken into milestones — logo and color direction first, then the full system — so feedback can be given at each stage rather than only at the end.
Retainer clients get a monthly content calendar agreed in advance, with a fixed number of deliverables and a set turnaround per piece, so social media and marketing design stays consistent without needing a full-time in-house designer.
