- Revision rounds — every plan includes a set number; extra rounds beyond that are billed separately.
- Source files — raw PSD/AI/Figma files (so you can edit later without hiring a designer again) are included in Professional and Premium plans.
- Turnaround time — rush delivery (24–48 hours) carries a surcharge over the standard 2–3 business day timeline.
- Usage — a logo used only on social media is priced differently from a full brand system used across packaging, signage and print.

Is the advance payment refundable?
The advance secures your project slot and covers initial concept work, so it is non-refundable once design work has started, but is fully credited toward the final invoice.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The quote you receive after the discovery call covers the full agreed scope. Anything outside that scope — extra revision rounds, added deliverables — is discussed and approved before being billed.
Can I cancel a monthly retainer?
Yes, retainers run month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. Thirty days' notice keeps the transition smooth for both sides.
